Questions
- How do I pay?
- In Settings → Plan, by card through Stripe, which renews until you cancel, or from your CodeNav Wallet for a month or a year at a time. The price is the same either way.
- Can I change plan later?
- Yes. On a card plan, moving up starts at once and you pay only the difference for the rest of the period; moving down takes effect when the period you paid for ends. A period paid from the wallet runs to its end, and you choose the next plan then.
- What happens if I move down or stop paying?
- Nothing you stored is deleted. Addresses and domains over the new plan's limits keep receiving for 30 days, with a banner saying so. Over the storage limit, new mail waits at the sender until there is room; reading, export and deletion keep working.
- Why does sending stay at 500 a day on every paid plan?
- Every account shares the reputation of the servers that deliver its mail. Sending is a safety limit, not something we sell, so your mail lands in inboxes, not spam folders. Nobody can send bulk mail on any plan.
- Why is free storage only 500 MB?
- Raising a limit later is easy; taking one back is not. We'll revisit it with real use from the first people in.
- Do you read my mail or sell it?
- We do not sell it, show ads, or train models on it. Like any provider that is not end-to-end encrypted, the operator could technically read stored mail; the privacy policy says exactly when anyone would.
