Terms

Updated 24 October 2026

The agreement between you and CODENAV LTD (“CodeNav”, “we”), which runs Corvo.

The service

Corvo is a mailbox: addresses, the mail they receive and send, and the apps and agents you use with it. CODENAV LTD is a company registered in England and Wales (number 16998604), at 71–75 Shelton Street, London WC2H 9JQ, England. By creating an account you agree to these terms, and our privacy policy explains what we do with your data.

Your account

You must be at least 13, and if you are under 18 you need a parent's or guardian's permission to pay for a plan. The account email you give must be yours. You are responsible for what is sent from your account, including by mail apps and agents you connect. Keep your password, passkeys and app passwords to yourself, and tell us if you think someone else is using your account.

Using it fairly

You may not use Corvo to:

  • send bulk, marketing or unsolicited mail, or mail to people who did not ask for it;
  • impersonate anyone, or take a name to mislead people about who you are;
  • send malware, phishing, or anything illegal where you or the recipient are;
  • create accounts automatically, or resell the service;
  • get around limits, or probe or disrupt the service.

Every account shares the reputation of the servers that deliver its mail. If your sending harms it, we may pause your sending while we look, and close the account if the harm is deliberate. Receiving is not paused for this.

Plans and payment

Free has the limits shown on Pricing. Each paid plan (Go, Plus, Pro and Max) costs the price shown there; any tax is shown before you pay.

  • By card, through Stripe: your plan renews each month or year until you cancel, and you are charged at the start of each period.
  • From your CodeNav Wallet: you pay for one month or one year, and it does not renew.

On a card plan, moving up starts at once and you pay the difference for the rest of the period; moving down takes effect when the period you paid for ends. A wallet period runs to its end. We will tell you at least 30 days before a price change affects you, and you can cancel before it does. If a plan ends or you move down, nothing you stored is deleted; what happens to addresses and storage over the new limits is described on the pricing page.

Cancelling and refunds

You can cancel a card plan at any time; it then lasts to the end of the period you paid for and does not renew. If you live in the United Kingdom or the European Union, you may also change your mind within 14 days of first paying for a plan and get your money back, less the part of the period you have already used. Otherwise we do not refund part periods, except where the law requires it or the service failed you, and then we will put it right.

Your mail is yours

You keep every right to what you send and receive. You give us only the permission we need to store, process and deliver it for you, and it ends when the mail is deleted.

Ending

You can close your account at any time in Settings, after downloading all your mail if you wish. For 30 days you can change your mind; then everything in it is deleted. We may close an account that breaks these terms, with notice where we can give it and a chance to take your mail with you, unless the account is being used to harm others. After an account closes, or an address is deleted, the address refuses mail for 30 days and then anyone may take it.

Early access

Corvo is new. We work to keep it available and never to lose accepted mail, and we keep backups, but things will change and some will break. Keep copies of anything you cannot afford to lose.

Liability

We provide the service with reasonable care and skill. As far as the law allows, we are not liable for losses we could not reasonably foresee, for business losses, or for loss of data you could have kept a copy of, and our total liability to you is limited to what you paid us in the twelve months before the claim, or £50 if that is more.

Nothing in these terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or anything else the law does not allow us to limit, and nothing takes away your rights as a consumer.

Law and disputes

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and its courts can hear any dispute. If you live elsewhere in the United Kingdom or in the European Union, you can also bring a claim in the courts where you live, and you keep the protections your local law gives you. Please write to us first; most things are quicker to put right that way.

Changes

We will tell you by email at least 30 days before a change to these terms that affects you, unless the law requires it sooner. If you do not agree, you can close your account before it takes effect.
